We meet every Sunday afternoon at 3pm at Fearon Hall, Rectory Road
The Loughborough Gathering meets at 3pm on Sunday afternoons at Fearon Hall, Rectory Road. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re familiar with church or just want to explore the Christian faith.
What to expect
On Sunday afternoons, we meet at 3pm to praise God through singing & prayer and to hear God speak through the Bible. We serve refreshments before and after the meeting. You can expect a warm welcome, contemporary music and an engaging talk. Feel free to join in as we sing and pray, but also feel free just to come and observe what’s happening. We have a kids program for under 8’s during the main teaching. Watch our video above to see what goes on in our meetings.
New to Christianity? We run regular events/courses for anyone who wants to find out more about the Bible. As well as coming along to our Sunday gathering or story-telling sessions, you can find out more about courses on Christianity by getting in touch through our contact page. If you would like to meet with someone to find out more about Jesus, the Bible, or anything else, please email us and we will contact you.
Everyone loves a good story! From childhood to adulthood, we are gripped by stories that help us make sense of life around us, the world and our own personal stories. ‘The Story Cafe’ and ‘The Story Inn’ are opportunities to hear and interact with some of the big stories from the Bible that shape our lives. Whether you are familiar with the story of the Bible or not, these evenings provide an opportunity to engage with who God is and discuss whether these stories of old still have relevance for our lives today.
The Loughborough Gathering is split into Gospel Communities. These are small teams of people who live life together on mission. Gospel Communities are where we live as family, disciple each other and reach out to those around us with the good news of Jesus.
We meet in the downstairs room every Sunday afternoon, 3pm, at Fearon Community Hall. Just look out for The Crowded House banners.
If you regularly attend our gathering and would like to receive weekly notices from The Crowded House Loughborough, please send your name and address to this email.
